I'm working on improvements
Various improvements coming soon, thanks to all your feedback!
First off, a massive thank you to everyone who’s played Zirquitz since launch and shared their thoughts. Seriously, your feedback has been like a treasure map - helping me navigate what’s working, what’s not, and where to steer the ship next.
So, what’s cooking?
🛠️ Performance TLC for Lower-End Rigs: I’ve been elbows-deep in code, optimizing the heck out of Zirquitz to run smoother on Steam Deck and/or older machines. If your setup’s been chugging like a steam engine (pun totally intended) hold tight—relief (and lower CPU usage) are coming!
🖥️ GUI Fixes for High-Res Screens: Turns out, playing on a monitor the size of a movie theater screen shouldn’t mean squinting at tiny buttons. I’m tweaking UI scaling and buttons to look crisp and comfy, no matter your resolution.
This is just the start! I’m also juggling smaller QoL tweaks, bug squashes, and maybe a few surprises down the line. Your reports (and patience!) mean the world - keep them coming, please, and I’ll keep grinding to make Zirquitz the best it can be.
Catch you in the next patch!
